PLC Programming and Simulation Software Released

The WTE PLC Configuration Tool makes Ladder Logic Simulation and Programming Simple

PLC programming and debugging is easier with clear annotations and single step debugging.

The WTE development team has been working hard to deliver the new PLC Configuration Tool.

This tool can be used as a standalone application for PLC ladder logic programming and simulation.  It's free to download and use - and although it's been developed to support and simplify development for the TReX-PLC, it's equally useful for those wishing to understand the basics of ladder logic programming.

The PC software supports single step debugging, multiple breakpoints, access to system register bits, timers, alarms and counters.

The TReX-PLC wireless PLC can already be completely programmed without this tool on site - however, being able to annotate ladder logic programs definitely makes writing more complex programs faster and simpler to maintain.

The software is very intuitive, and we're really pleased with the end result.
